The Megatrailer is ideal for either  ‘unaccompanied’ or ‘driver accompanied’   traffic between the UK, Scandinavia and the Baltic where ferry connections are used extensively. ECC offers unaccompanied or driver accompanied services depending on the required transit time and destination.

As ferry costs are charged depending on the length of vehicle, the ferry costs per m³ freight are minimised by using the 100 m³ Megatrailer.

ECC is now the market leader for volume transport from and to the UK and Scandinavia. Each day some 300 Megatrailers depart for the UK and Sweden. As the largest capacity operator, ECC is able to offer short response times and relatively easily provide additional demands for capacity.
