With all legal and regulatory procedures now finalized, Vos Transport Group officially becomes part of Ewals Cargo Care. This milestone accelerates the development of a stronger, more connected and future-ready European logistics network.

With the completion of the acquisition, Vos Transport Group will be fully integrated into Ewals Cargo Care and will become the foundation of the company’s Part Loads division. This creates an even stronger European network, providing customers with access to a broader range of services, increased capacity, and enhanced geographical coverage.

What does this mean for Ewals Cargo Care’s customers, partners and suppliers?

There are no changes for customers, partners or suppliers. We offer customers a broader range of services through a stronger combined network in multimodal Full Loads, Part Loads and Freight Solutions. Vos Transport Group is now part of Ewals Cargo Care’s Part Loads division, alongside Ewals Groupage and the existing ECC LTL activities. Together, we will gradually strengthen collaboration and further develop our European network while maintaining continuity for customers and partners.

What does this mean for Vos Transport Group customers, partners and suppliers?

There are no changes for customers, partners or suppliers. Vos Transport Group remains committed to delivering the same high level of service and maintaining existing relationships. As part of Ewals Cargo Care’s Part Loads division, we will gradually strengthen collaboration with Ewals Groupage and the existing ECC LTL activities, creating new opportunities for customers while ensuring continuity in day-to-day operations.

Will contacts, contracts or daily operations change now?

No. The current setup remains in place. Following the completion of the acquisition, collaboration will be developed step by step, ensuring business continuity while gradually strengthening cooperation across the organisation.

How will the companies work together?

Vos Transport Group is now part of Ewals Cargo Care’s Part Loads division. Together with Ewals Groupage and the existing ECC LTL activities, we will gradually strengthen collaboration and align our operations where this creates value for customers and supports our long-term growth ambitions. During the initial integration phase, Vos Transport Group will continue to operate under its trusted brand and management team.

What is the benefit of the combination?

The benefits include a complete transport service offer for multimodal Full- and Part loads throughout Europe. Investment in reliable capacity, sustainable transport solutions and a state-of-the-art digital platform.

Will both companies continue to invest in sustainability?

Yes. Both companies will continue investing in sustainable transport solutions, including electric and hydrogen-powered trucks, new multimodal corridors and, where possible, the use of the Super Eco Combi.

Will there be changes to the digital systems or platforms?

The cooperation will support further development of the digital landscape into a future-ready platform for customers, partners and employees, with a focus on digitalization, connectivity, data intelligence, and security.

Will my point of contact change with either Ewals Cargo Care or Vos Transport Group?
