What does this mean for Vos Transport Group customers, partners and suppliers?

There are no changes for customers, partners, or suppliers. Vos Transport Group will continue to operate as a standalone company within Ewals Cargo Care and lead the Part Loads division.

Will contacts, contracts or daily operations change now?

No. The current setup remains in place while the transaction is subject to approval, and the cooperation is developed step by step.

How will the companies work together?

Vos Transport Group will lead the Part Loads division within Ewals Cargo Care while continuing to operate independently. Cooperation will develop gradually over time.
